What are the socks made of?

For our Classic Bamboo socks, it is made of 95% Bamboo Viscose, 5% Spandex.

For Fun Footprints, it is made of 85% Cotton, 10% Polyester, 3% Nylon, 2% Spandex.

All our socks are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Certified.

Where are the socks made?

Our socks are designed by our team in Singapore and manufactured at a well-known factory in China.

How to best wash the socks?

For Classic Bamboo:

  • Machine wash in cold water
  • Wash with like colours
  • Tumble dry in low heat or delicate cycle
  • Do not bleach
  • Dry in shade

For Fun Footprints:

  • Machine wash in cold water
  • Turn inside out before washing
  • Do not bleach or iron
  • Do not tumble dry

What are the sizes of the socks?

Our socks are all free-size and are meant to fit everyone. The sizing of the socks are xx.

ORDERING

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Googlepay, Applepay.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

Please get in touch with us by sending us an email at thefootprintscollective@gmail.com, we will respond as soon as possible and try our best to resolve the issue for you.

However, if your order has already been processed, we will not be able to make any changes unfortunately and we seek your understanding on this.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free delivery for orders above SGD $50. For orders less than S$50, there will be a shipping fee of $2.50 for each order placed.

Do you ship overseas?

We ship to most countries around the world. Do enter your address details at check-out to check the shipping fees to your country.

How long will the delivery process take?

For local Singapore deliveries, your socks should arrive between 3-5 days from your order.

Can I track my orders?

Once the order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Can I return my order?

Any returns will have to be raised within 14 days from the day of receipt of the socks. The socks must be returned in its original packaging. It should not be worn, washed, dyed or altered. Kindly email to thefootprintscollective@gmail.com to raise the return request with your order number and our team will attend to you.

The return will only be accepted after we have approved your request upon checking the item's condition. If the item is not in the right condition, item will be returned back and the refund will not be processed.

How can i return the item?

  1. Email us at thefootprintscollective@gmail.com with your order number and we will attend to you shortly.
  2. We will provide the delivery details to collect back the order. Shipping costs from returns will be borne entirely by customers.
  3. Once we receive the item, please expect up to 5 working days for us to process the refund. You will receive the refund confirmation through email.
  4. Upon approval, your funds will be reverted back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

I received a faulty item.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty pair of socks, please get in touch with us through email at thefootprintscollective@gmail.com with the order number and a picture of the fault. We will look into it and will be happy to replace with a new pair of socks.
